OVERVIEW & VISION

The yearling sales season is a long process that begins mid summer and extends through the Fall October Yearling Sale at Fasig Tipton that coincides with the changing of the leaves. As the new season ushers in the final yearling sale our team has inspected nearly 3,000+ yearlings over the course of the season.
As the sale season evolves so do young stallion’s resumes with their first crops of runners. How a stallion may have started the season could be a far cry from how he is finishing the season as his runners mature on the racetrack. This is not only why we want to inspect as many yearlings as we do and also keep an open mind to a stallion’s ability to produce runners that may mature at different rates following the ever changing stallion lists.
The Fasig October sale can be a catalogue filled with elite yearlings from the Saratoga or early books of the Keeneland September sale that failed to be purchased to young sires that may not have the most designer names to later maturing yearlings. It takes a large amount of pre-sale pedigree work to sift through the over 1,600 yearlings catalogued for the 4 day session sale. Followed by extensively long days, the hips designated by our team spread out over the salesgrounds in 22 different barns at the Fasig Tipton Newtown Paddocks. This process has proven the Eclipse strategy well at this sale having found numerous stakes horses including most recently our multiple Oaks winning Fondly.
CONFORMATION & WALKING VIDEO
Our Vekoma colt was a physical standout from the first time we inspected him, in fact there was only one note written on my page “FAST”. He is a beautiful blend of Vekoma, sharing his same copper penny shine and speedy physique of his Maclean’s Music broodmare sireline. He moves over the ground effortlessly with no wasted movement.

SEAN TUGEL’S EXPERT PEDIGREE ANALYSIS
Vekoma has only two crops of racing age and has quickly made an impact while seeing his stud fee soar to $100,000 for 2026. He has dominated his sire class with leading in almost all indexes nearly outpacing his next closest rival 2 to 1 McKinzie in stakes horses, graded stakes horses and stakes winners. This lead will only continue to expand as he sees more of his progeny hit the racetrack and exhibit the same brilliance Vekoma possessed.
As a conduit to one of our era’s greatest influences Candy Ride, Vekoma has produced 14 stakes winners with his oldest crop only three years of age. Maclean’s Music’s daughters are just coming of age to be able to have offspring old enough to run and compete. But, Vekoma is showing a nice desire for the Mr. Prospector line including his leading juvenile Bottas who will be competing in the Breeders Cup.
This is the first foal out of the winning Maclean’s Music daughter Late Nite Music hailing from an extremely fast family. Her Graded stakes siblings Shakhimat and Whatmakessammyrun were both fast stakes winners who had extended careers. This is the extended family of Champion Perfect Sting and being a New York bred puts the cherry on top of a quality colt.

TRAINER & THE PLAN
Todd Pletcher requires no introduction. Todd was inducted into the Hall of Fame 3 summers ago and Eclipse is sensationally honored to have played a significant part in Todd’s success over the past 12 seasons.
Todd has trained major winner after major winner for Eclipse, including Capo Bastone, In Lingerie, Danza, Curalina, Feathered, Destin, Valiance and the Classic winner, Tapwrit, not to mention Grade 1 Ashland, CCA Oaks and Alabama heroine, Nest, an Eclipse Award winner, as well as Candied and Locked. The list goes on and on and we’re hopeful that Learning is the next in line to wear Todd’s white bridle and the Eclipse baby blue and black silks to glory.
VALUATION
The total 100% valuation for Noisy is $160,000 and we will continue to honor pandemic increments starting at 3%. You can see the chart below for pricing details.
